- Integrated HV Cabling & Power Distribution Functionalities – Optimized high-voltage cabling and integrated power distribution features, including Permanent Isolation Monitoring, Pre-charge Management, High Voltage Interlock (HVIL),… ensuring system safety and efficiency.
- Advanced Thermal Management – Liquid or air-cooled designs ensuring optimal operating conditions even under extreme temperatures
- Robust Mechanical Design – High-strength casings with IP-rated protection against dust and water, combined with advanced vibration damping features to withstand the machine’s specific vibration spectrum.
- Integrated Power Management Software – Our PM-ECU (Power Management ECU) acts as the intelligent control hub, ensuring seamless communication between the Battery Management System (BMS), the charger, and the vehicle’s ECU(s). It enables optimal power distribution and advanced energy management strategies across all machine operating modes.
