As a vehicle or body manufacturer, you need to implement an electrically operated, decentralized HV system for the typically required additional functions such as hydraulic pumps, fans, air compressors, steering pump, 12V/24 power supply, air conditioning compressors, heaters, etc.
System description
The Kinell E-AUX system offers a validated and easy-to-integrate solution for HV operation of typical auxiliary functions for heavy commercial vehicles or truck bodies with distributed loads. It includes:
- a single HV connector plug for connection to the ePTO or directly to the vehicle’s or machine’s HV network,
- various PDU options for the distribution and protection of electrical power, optionally also with contactors and sensors,
- validated e-components and e-subsystems for the provision of auxiliary media such as hydraulic pumps, fans, air compressors, steering pump, 12V/24 power supply, air conditioning compressors, heaters, etc.
- space-optimized implementation with double inverters,
- dedicated AUX controller for the realization of local control functions, an integrated power management and a control interface, and
- the necessary HV and LV cabling, which can be adapted to your requirements.
