HV system design & HV grid realization

We support you in the design of your vehicle’s HV system from the choice of technology to the standard-compliant HV safety concept, the adapted HV architecture and the dimensioning of the HV network. 

Based on the appropriate technology, the design data and the HV and safety requirements, we help with the selection and procurement of commercially available (COTS) e-components from well-known manufacturers.

For the implementation of the HV grid, you can rely on our system solutions and our application-specific products, such as PDUs or HV cable sets.

E-control system design & Functional Safety software

We support you in the realization of the control system of the e-system and its integration into the higher-level control and data management system of your vehicle – from safety and requirements management, system structuring, definition of the control unit and CAN bus architecture, software development, software tests to on-site commissioning and validation.

We carry out software development in accordance with the underlying functional safety requirements of ISO 26262 / IEC 61508.

Our available E-System software modules for the drive systems, energy and charging management, thermal management and the electric operation of auxiliary units can form the basis for your development.  

Thermal management system design & implementation

We design and implement your thermal management system for your vehicle’s e-system. E-system components, HV batteries, fuel cell systems and driver’s cabins pose their own challenges for thermal conditioning. 

Based on the planned operating conditions and the requirements of the system components, we design the thermal management architecture, dimension the components of the thermal system and realize its control (thermal management controller).

For implementation, we use thermal components available on the market, such as HV heaters, HV compressors and HV fans from well-known manufacturers

LV power supply & Safety system design

We design and implement low-voltage (LV) power systems that are safe, efficient, and fully integrated with your vehicle’s control system.

Our services include:

  • Power supply architecture (12V/24V), DC/DC converter sizing, and protection
  • Design of fuse boxes or central electrical units
  • Safety circuits including interlocks, manual disconnects, and emergency cut-offs
  • Complete LV cable and circuit diagrams
  • Cable harness production and delivery

Mechanical packaging & Retrofit solutions

We simplify electric system assembly with pre-installed, ready-to-integrate modules.
