We support manufacturers of commercial vehicles and mobile machinery in the design, development, prototyping and series production of application-specific high-voltage and high-current distribution systems (PDUs) for battery electric vehicles and fuel cell vehicles.
Our power distribution units (PDU) form the central or decentralized connection units of your vehicle’s HV or 48V installation. They distribute the power to the e-components in the vehicle via high-current bus bars or high-current PCBs. With integrated sensors and active components, you turn the HV safety concept into reality.
Our focus is on the provision of application-specific, active high-current PDUs for prototypes, small and medium quantities – each with realization concepts adapted to the quantity.

Design
- Support in the HV system design of the vehicle, including the HV safety concept.
- Design and dimensioning of the housing, the connectors, the internal power distribution and fuse protection, as well as the required active functions.
Prototyping
- Fast sample deliveries based on COTS housings or sheet metal bent housings and internal bus bar design.
- Cable, PDU, and vehicle co-development.
- Fully qualified prototypes, including current carrying capacity.
Serial production
- Scalable series deliveries with sand-cast or die-cast aluminium.
- Internal design with high-current PCBs.
- Fully qualified series deliveries.
