Argo-Anleg GmbH

Specialist in high-pressure hydrogen storage

Argo-Anleg GmbH is a renowned German company specialising in the design and manufacture of type 4 high-pressure hydrogen tanks (300, 500 and 700 bar). Their expertise is essential in ensuring the safety, reliability and compliance of hydrogen storage on board ships.

Through this partnership, Kinell develops and integrates:

  • certifiable H₂ storage solutions for marine environments,
  • fixed or mobile modules (ISO containers),
  • equipment that complies with classification society requirements.

EODev

Sustainable and reliable hydrogen solutions

EODev designs and markets fuel cells, hydrogen generators and complete energy systems for marine and industrial applications (GEH2®, REXH2®, BESSTIE® 120).

This partnership enables Kinell to offer:

  • proven modular fuel cells,
  • certifiable hydrogen systems for commercial and passenger vessels,
  • energy architectures adapted to intensive nautical use.

ArianeGroup

Industrial expert in hydrogen and cryogenic technologies

ArianeGroup is a leading industrial player in the development and mastery of hydrogen technologies, particularly for critical applications with high safety requirements.

Kinell draws on ArianeGroup’s expertise for:

  • the development and validation of hydrogen technology building blocks,
  • safety analysis and risk management related to hydrogen storage and use,
  • the transfer of know-how from the aeronautics and space industries to maritime and river applications.

EPROPULSION

World leader in 100% electric propulsion

ePropulsion develops high-performance, quiet and efficient marine electric motors suitable for recreational boating, river transport and professional applications.

In collaboration with ePropulsion, Kinell integrates:

  • reliable and proven electric propulsion solutions,
  • systems compatible with certified marine batteries,
  • architectures adapted to the constraints of retrofitting and new construction.

GREEN NAVY

Specialist in high-pressure hydrogen storage

Green Navy is a French company specialising in the design of electro-hydrogen vessels, particularly for passenger transport.

As part of joint projects (PROMETEO), Kinell acts as an integrator of propulsion and hydrogen energy systems, in collaboration with Green Navy, to:

  • design zero-emission energy architectures,
  • integrate systems that comply with maritime standards (BV, SOLAS),
  • demonstrate the operational feasibility of hydrogen in a maritime environment.

An open and certifiable ecosystem

Kinell works closely with leading classification societies to ensure regulatory compliance, safety and certifiability of integrated systems.

We work with Bureau Veritas (AiP), DNV, Lloyd’s Register and RINA, depending on the project and operating area.

These exchanges enable us to anticipate regulatory requirements, secure architectural choices and support projects through to the validation, testing and commissioning phases.
